17th century villa surrounded by a magnificent garden with centuries-old trees. The manor home is part of a 17-acre property that is situated between Volterra, the closest town, and San Gimignano. One of the most important and prestigious villas in the territory of Volterra, Ulignano boasts an amazing location with enchanting panoramic views.

It is the perfect base for any Tuscan WEdding: immersed in peace and tranquillity, and at the same time centrally located, at the heart of the triangle formed by Siena, Florence and Pisa.

Surrounded by a magnificent garden with centuries-old trees, the complex extends over an area of 7.5 acres, 6 miles from Volterra.

Wedding Reception & Banquet:

The Villa has dining out doors but marquee rental is required for adverse weather.

Accommodation:

The residence sleeps 37 people, and in order to guarantee guests’ total privacy, it can only be rented as a whole. The Villa and the adjacent buildings – La Scuola e Il Granaio (The School and The Barn) – consist of 3 suites, 1 junior suite and 12 bedrooms.

The Villa is rented only as a whole, bedrooms included with a minimum of 3 nights or one week depending on the seasons.
Our weeks go from tuesday to tuesday while short rentals can be midweek, the cheapest choice, or long week-end from friday afternoon till tuesday morning.
